We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm for applications and interviews. It would be great if you could come in and meet with us directly as soon as possible. 

All of our senior clients are located in the South Bay beach cities of Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo as well as the entire Palos Verdes Peninsula, Torrance, Lawndale, & Hawthorne. 

We offer competitive, weekly, direct pay, paid overtime after 9 hours, paid Orientation and continuing training, paid sick leave, paid errand mileage and travel miles, bonus opportunities for referrals, quality of work, and consistency.  We provide, as well as our clients provide, Personal Protective Equipment. We have a monthly newsletter and recognition, and we have scrub tops, badges, and lanyards available (first ones are yours with Orientation!) We offer a Retirement plan for your future years. 

We pay your Workers' Comp insurance - you are not on your own. We are a W-2 company - you do not have to come up with money at tax time: it is already done. We offer training if you need & want it above and beyond what the State mandates. We offer it free of charge, so you are able to reference classes in dementia and Alzheimer's disease. We want you to know about your clients. We offer 24/7 support via phone and text. You may speak with a live person anytime you have questions concerning your client. We have consistent scheduling, yet flexible regular hours (as much as we are able) and back-up shifts when the inevitable client cancellations may occur. 

We are 100% non-medical. We do NOT offer live-in shifts. Our overnight shifts work 12 hours: 9 standard & 3 overtime hours. We hire locally so you may work locally. All of our clients live in the South Bay region - no driving long distances for a short shift.
