Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a mid-to-senior level Associate to join the IP Litigation Team. This partnership track position is in-person based in our Greensboro and Winston-Salem offices, but we will consider candidates looking to join one of our other North Carolina offices (Charlotte, Raleigh, RTP).

Candidates must have 3 to 6 years of IP Litigation experience, including briefing and motions practice, preparing for or taking depositions, working with experts, USPTO office proceedings, trademark searches, surveys, etc. Demonstrated experience in trademark/anti-counterfeiting matters are a plus.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible in the state in which they will work. We seek candidates who are driven, possess a desire to develop and invest in their careers and the Firm, and demonstrate superior client service skills. Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.
