Apparel Design Sales Associate

**Join an energetic, high-paced graphic design company that makes unique and creative custom apparel. This position is perfect for the graphic designer that has excellent leadership, organization, and sales abilities.**

Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday-Saturday 9:30am-6:30pm

Responsibilities that you will own:

* Answer phones/respond to voice mail messages and email messages

* Take phone orders and answer customers questions

* Photograph customers provided items

* Assist the Managers in planning and implementing strategies to attract and maintain customer relationships

* Monitor and maintain store inventory

* Communicate with customers/clients and evaluate their needs

* Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning

* Ensure the store is organized and presentable

* Act as store representative and set an example for all staff

* Ability and willingness to learn how to layout and design custom apparel for embroidery, screenprint and direct to garment print.

* Capture daily photos and videos for sales & marketing purposes.

**Requirements**

* Ability to learn how to create and edit vector art such as Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop

* Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes

* Familiarity with customer service principles, retail concepts, practices, and procedures

* Great math skills

* Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel or Google Sheets in particular)

* Knowledge of vector art software (Illustrator, CorelDraw) and Photoshop is very helpful.

* Leadership and organizational abilities

* EXCELLENT interpersonal and communication skills; both written and oral

* Positive and problem-solving attitude

* Flexible

* Familiar with fraternities, sororities, or Greek-letter organizations

* Charismatic and a connector. Truly enjoys working with people.

* Business degree or courses a plus

* Ability to think quickly and perform well under pressure

* Superb attention to detail

* Logical thinker & Self starter
