Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Assistant who will work closely with attorneys and paralegals gather, organize nd review medical documentation essential to client cases.

Key Responsibilities:
-Collect and compile medical records, bills, and other relevant documentation from healthcare providers and facilities.
-Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files, ensuring all documents are accurately labeled and stored securely.
-Prepare summaries and chronologies of medical records for attorney review and case analysis.
-Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to obtain additional medical information and address any documentation discrepancies.
-Assist in drafting correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents related to medical records and case preparation.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or related field.
-3 years of experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
-Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
