This Part-Time AP Clerk Position Features:
• Flexible Schedule

Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk needed for a large religious institution.

Duties:
• Basic AP work
• Keying invoices
• Managing payment process
• Vendor relations
• Opening mail
• Prepare deposit ticket
• Cash handling.

Software: All financials are processed in ACS, that would be a bonus if they have that experience, but not a requirement. Any previous AP software experience would transfer.

Personality: very independent position, not on a team. Will have a manager to report to and Administrator to go to with questions. Someone who is understanding of AP process, attention to detail, understands general challenges of AP process, vendor relationships, past due questions, organized, stays on top of filing of paid invoices. Independent thinker. Diligent to meet deadlines. Financial team is two PT people (including this new hire) one FT Mgr, and one FT Administrator.

Pay Range: $18-$22 hr depending on experience.
Schedule: 20-24 hours/week- flexible on schedule if that is 3 days or 4, likely would not be 5.

Additional Notes: This client does require this person to be a professing Christian, someone who is involved within their own church.
