Temp Leasing Consultant

Do you have low income housing leasing experience? Do you enjoy helping others find the perfect housing for them? If so, we'd like to talk to you! Sparks Group has 4 openings for Leasing Consultants. Please apply for immediate interview and call 301 926 7800!

Responsibilities:

- Call applicants from the waitlist and schedule a tour

- Show units to perspective tenants

- Tour property amenities

- Ensuring eligibility requirements have been met

- Market and lease vacant units

- provide assistance to the Property Manager in daily operations as needed

Experience:
- Must be able to drive and have reliable transportation

- minimum of 2-3 years of leasing experience within property management

- excellent customer service and sales skills

- knowledge of marketing in the rental space

- Yardi experience HIGHLY preferred

- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
