Client Field Support Representative Melrose Mac Inc is currently seeking an experienced Client Field Support Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, California (90038). Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced representative who has good experience in client field support. This position requires some travel throughout the city to various sites to complete the tasks assigned. Duties and Responsibilities: Represent the customer internally and advocate for their needs. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous feedback to customers. Learn and adapt to new technologies through training, self-advancement, and collaboration with peers. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of computer operating procedures, configuration, and operating standards. Responsible for stocking and maintain the inventory of the items/ products. Heavy lifting ability. Perform all other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: High school diploma required. Minimum 2 years of work experience is required. Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills needed. Travel as required. Computer skills. Detail oriented. Compensation and Benefits: Salary commensurate experience.
