Automotive Finance Manager

Purpose: The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for preparing deals/paperwork/contracts to be signed by customer that are required to send to bank, accounting office and title clerk. Manager is to sell additional products offered in our Finance office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Offering financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of our products. Ensure that all required documentation is obtained so that the finance contract can be paid in a timely manner. Work with Managers and Sales team to collect missing documents and clean deals promptly. Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. Complete checklist. Verify insurance with customer's agents, obtain deposits, verify and submit trade payoffs. Monitor Contracts in transit. Processing financing and leasing deals accurately. Maintain warranty cancellations and refunds with our product companies.

Qualifications:

Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required.

Be an outstanding leader, fully versed in leasing and special finance.

Must be experienced in state law requirements including registrations, tag, tax, and title paperwork.

Must exhibit a professional appearance, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
