Scheduling Representative

Resound Networks, the 6th largest RDOF Phase I winner in the nation with more than $300 million in awards through 7 states, is looking to hire a Scheduling Representative. This person will be an integral part of our organization and will report directly to the Scheduling Coordinator.

Requirements:

• Maintaining and updating installer schedules.
• Updating customers on schedule delays/changes
• Optimizing present and future schedules to maximize route efficiency
• Coordinating between departments to maximize scheduling efficiency
• Rescheduling jobs (when necessary) in a timely manner.
• Answering scheduling queries via email and phone.
• Performing other administrative/billing tasks when required
• Check jobs from previous day and reschedule any installs that need rescheduling

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Bilingual is a preferred
