Electro Mechanical Assembler

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM (Hours may very)

Qualifications:

• · This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident
• · Must be able to read and interpret electronic schematics and assembly drawings
• · Must be able to work closely with engineers
• · Associates degree in related field
• · Minimum 2 Years’ Experience

Responsibilities

• o Performs a wide variety of complex electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on complete integrated systems
• o Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units
• o Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications
• o Performs in process real time failure analysis and evaluates the electrical and mechanical characteristics of systems and/or integrated circuits, components, sub-components and systems to determine the cause of failure as well as appropriate actions for immediate correction
• o Develops methods, processes, procedures and equipment that will improve the failure analysis process and/or reduce failures
• o To assemble complex electromechanical assemblies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
