Heavy Equipment Operator Laborer

Ruff Farms & Ruff Agri-Services LLC both offer agricultural services including drainage and seeding services to farm and non-farm customers along with farming the 4000 acre corn/soybean/wheat operation. We are currently looking for a full-time, year-round Operator and Installer near Circleville, Ohio. In this role you will be performing a wide variety of tasks from operating farm & construction equipment to driving trucks, maintenance, and other farm duties.

Starting compensation depends on experience, $18 - $24 per hour along with benefits (health insurance reimbursement, vacation, bonuses, comp time program and IRA matching). Full and partial weekends off. We are willing to train the right individual.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Driving and operating heavy equipment and farm equipment.
• Assisting with installation and maintenance processes.
• Daily maintenance and light repair of equipment.
• Customer Interaction and Support.

Qualifications:

• Preferred candidates with farming, construction, and/or agriculture backgrounds
• Good mechanical ability
• Self-motivated, team player, and ability to work independently
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to work extended hours during peak seasons
