Storage Facility Manager/Maintenance Person

Stor-A-Way, located in Marion IN is seeking a person to work part time at our storage facilities in Gas City, Fairmount and South Marion.  Three days a week you will check the storage facilities for moveouts, and maintenance needing performed, pick up storage payments and report to our corporate office in Marion.  Units will need to be swept out, inspected and prepped after tenants vacate.  On occasion you might meet a tenant, or be asked by our corporate office to reset a gate controller.   Approx. two or three hours per day, 3 days a week, and an occasional site visit as needed.  Ideal for a retired person living in Gas City, Fairmount, South Marion area, so travel time is kept to a minimum.
