Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Intern to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about data gathering, analysis, and management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our ongoing projects through active contract documentation review, CRM integration preparation, and data analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting, contributing to meaningful projects that drive our company forward.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Gathering: Conduct thorough research and gather essential data from various sources to support project requirements and objectives.
  • Active Contract Documentation Review: Review and analyze current contracts to ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented. Identify and report discrepancies or areas of improvement.
  • CRM Integration Preparation: Assist in preparing data for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system integration. This includes data cleaning, formatting, and ensuring compatibility with CRM software requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze gathered data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Provide reports and recommendations based on analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to ensure seamless communication and integration of data-driven insights into business strategies.
  • Project Support: Provide support on various projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program related to Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and data integration principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen learner with a proactive approach to tackling challenges and finding solutions.

Work Environment:

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office setting, at an individual work station, using telephone and computer

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer/copy machine
  • This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
  • The person in this position frequently communicates via telephone
