140,000

$80,000 - $140,000 a year

We currently have immediate openings available for A-C level gas and diesel technicians. We offer top-tier compensation and signing bonuses for qualified candidates.
A, B and C level applicants must be proficient in basic diagnoses and repair of electrical, steering, engine, driveline and suspension. Manufacturer certifications, VA state and emissions inspection licenses are a plus but not a must.

Automotive Technician Job Requirements:
- Able to diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, electrical and air conditioning while following Ford’s diagnostic and repair recommendations
- Perform inspection of customers’ vehicles and give necessary repair recommendations to service advisors
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be quick to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and work effectively with the service advisors
- Valid driver's license
Automotive Technician Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years automotive technician / mechanic experience preferred
- Need to identify client's concerns quickly
- Able to learn new automotive technology
- Strong knowledge base of light trucks and medium duty trucks
- Extensive Ford knowledge with Ford certifications
- Valid Driver’s License
