Job Duties:

  • Un-package inbound shipments prepare receipts in inventory control system, and route items to receiving inspection or stage for distribution.
  • Logistics/Shipping/Warehousing
  • Coordinate all off site warehouse storage and retrieval requests and transport/retrieve items from off-site warehouse upon request including warehouse inventory tracking system updates
  • Compile stockroom metrics data to facilitate monthly reporting
  • Locate product, prepare documentation, label product, and package customer orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with customers daily including shipping updates, order inquiries, and general logistics questions
  • Communicate with a variety of domestic and international shipping companies to coordinate pickups and deliveries
  • Intake and log all customer returns
  • Accept and process all customer orders after receiving
  • Assist with product inventory management
  • Work closely with Customer Support Team and Production Team
  • Inventory management and forecasting for stock.

Requirements:

  • 100% onsite position
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Creating excel reports
  • Experience in electronic printed circuit board handling
