Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language rehabilitation techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Valid licensure in Ohio is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Genuine passion for helping individuals of diverse backgrounds overcome communication challenges.
