Senior Risk Quality Control Analyst

We are seeking experienced candidates in data review and analysis, with a passion for risk management for the position of Senior Risk Management Quality Control Analyst (Sr. Risk QC Analyst).

This role is focused on the operations of the credit union and is responsible for performing timely reviews of specific enterprise business unit activities (i.e., lending, deposits, accounting, etc.) to ensure that policies and procedures are followed.

Key Job Functions:

• Reviews and manages risk-related quality control on business unit operational activity through use of reports and scans for errors.
• Identifies risks and problem areas and recommends policies and procedures to correct deficiencies and improve performance.
• Conducts and coordinates quality control inspection reviews to ensure compliant performance and control effectiveness of account maintenance performed by business units.
• Ensures operating policies and procedures meet established objectives for accuracy, service quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Previous experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors. Experience as a substitution for a degree may be considered.
• Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs., as needed, and requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing and to be able to use PC, copier, scanner, fax, etc.

Compensation ranges are based on market data that enables Justice Federal Credit Union to remain competitive with other credit unions of similar asset size.

Employment offers are extended within the compensation range of the position; and are commensurate with candidate experience, knowledge, and geographic location.
