Restaurant Equipment Repair Technician

At Air Express Appliance Repair, we are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Restaurant Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. With an expected pay range of $18 to $32 per hour, based on experience, we value your skills and dedication. ABOUT THIS JOB

You'll typically work between 10 am and 6 pm, Monday to Saturday (with some flexibility), for a total of 40 hours per week. Additionally, there are on-call hours.

You will take on the vital role of troubleshooting, repairing, assessing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment. From convection ovens to dishwashers, you will be relied upon to diagnose issues, conduct thorough research, and efficiently repair appliances. Your attention to detail and ability to ask pertinent questions during the repair process will ensure accurate and effective solutions. As a professional in this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining proper truck inventory and generating detailed service reports. Your commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines when working with intricate machinery will be of utmost importance.

• Commercial appliance repair experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Technical ability to use a tablet and provide digital tickets
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

The preferred qualifications include 2 years of commercial kitchen and hot-side equipment repair experience, CFESA certification, knowledge and experience with residential equipment, and certification to work with rational equipment/combi ovens.
