Training Support Instructor

Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Training Support Instructor/Advisor- Senior.

1. Current experience related to current MI Doctrine, recent (draft) changes and fielding of the Army Field Manuals, Army Regulations and Department of Defense Directives (DoDD) relating to Intelligence Operations where applicable.
2. Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to job performance.
3. Able to maintain current and future required certifications and trainings associated with this position.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Secret clearance.
2. Bachelor's Degree.
3. Experience must include teaching adults in training and/or educational settings.
4. Graduate of SFDB designated course or pass 1st time.
5. Experience must include design and development written and hands-on assessment instruments.
6. Experience documenting student performance in performance-based assessments.
7. Extensive working experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications for editing training documents, for example Adobe Acrobat DC.
8. Education must include at least 24 semester credits focused on educational research, learning theory, education technology, instructional design, or other related education themed courses. Courses focusing on the administration or fiscal requirements of
9. Minimum 6 years' experience which includes teaching adults in a variety of student-centric and teacher-centric learning environments. Developing and implementing new teaching curricula. Revising and implementing existing teaching curricula.
10. Experience must include teaching military personnel in training and/or educational settings for a minimum of four years within the last six years.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours 0900 to 1430 or as established by the RA. The facility is closed during local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.

Place of Performance: The primary work location will be Ft. Huachuca, AZ within Government facilities.

Travel: The applicant may be required to travel to other locations within CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of this contract.
