As a Dietetic Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents' health and well-being through your expertise in nutrition and dietary care.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with registered dietitians to assess residents' nutritional needs and develop individualized meal plans.
  • Oversee food service operations, ensuring compliance with dietary regulations and standards.
  • Conduct nutritional screenings and assessments and provide education to residents and staff on healthy eating habits.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of dietary information and participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings.
  • Support a positive dining experience for residents by addressing dietary concerns and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in dietetic technology or related field
  • Certified Dietetic Technician registered (DTR) credential preferred.
  • Strong understanding of nutrition principles and dietary guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple departments.
