Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a supportive and empowering work environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in clinical care.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of patient care services.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, with a strong emphasis on team building and staff development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
• In-depth understanding of best practices in clinical care and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered services
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges
