Sales and Intake Representative

Intake Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Intake Representative to join the Law Office of David L. Carrier. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting to, equipping, and educating potential clients on the value of estate planning with our Firm.

The ideal candidate will be engaging and dynamic with excellent presentation skills and the ability to read the room and close the deal.

Job Duties

• Lead one-to-many sales workshops for potential clients,
• Demonstrate the ability to facilitate discussions and field questions within the scope of the presentation
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Lead Follow up Sales calls with the potential customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service by facilitating and promoting thoughtful dialog for participants in seminars to promote active learning and eventual engagement with the firm

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of sales experience is required, front of room one-to-many sales experience is a plus
• Previous experience in customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus
• Previous experience in Estate Planning is a plus
• Availability in evenings is required
• Travel to multiple locations – Holland, Portage, Norton Shores, and East Lansing (potentially more in the future) is required approximately 3 days per week
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
