COMPENSATION
$160,000+
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the regional payroll team and steering of the external payroll processing partner.
- Accountability of the end-to-end payroll service delivery, accuracy and timeliness.
- Provides leadership on all process & system-related challenges and ad-hoc projects.
- Leading the continuous improvement and documenting payroll processes.
- Escalation management for all payroll related matters.
- Leads US Payroll team as in budget and cross charging related matters.
- Accountable for execution of payroll rollouts and integration projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-8 years of managerial (functional AND disciplinary) payroll experience incl. payroll audit
- SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM Payroll
- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in working with external payroll processing vendor
- Experience in functional payroll process and system design
- Experience with Payroll Middleware and Interfaces
- Experience in project management
- Experience with Union weekly payroll
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Heavy, hands-on SAP experience
- Alight Solutions (payroll provider) experience is a plus
- Union employee experience a plus
