About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of our sales team. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales consultants through consistent processes to meet or exceed your KPIs. You'll also ensure our customers have a positive and memorable experience at Jim McKay Chevrolet. 

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing the CRM for sales productivity 
• Closing deals
• Motivating the Sales team
• Understanding and training consultants on the McKay Way
• Building solid relationships with customers to improve retention 
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintaining an upbeat work environment through positive interactions with everyone you encounter 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Passion and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Proficient with Automotive technology (DMS/CRM/DRT)
