Used Car Assistant

We are hiring for an used car assistant to help our Used car department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare communication
• Help buy used cars 
• Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Dealertrack Software (preferred but not required)
