POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative eager to contribute to our ambitious acquisition and growth targets. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and route qualified prospects to Regional Sales Directors, impacting high-profile sales opportunities directly

• Innovate strategies to maintain and expand the prospect database within assigned territories

• Drive pipeline growth by sourcing new sales opportunities, developing leads, and providing necessary support to Regional Directors

• Learn effective strategies and influencing skills to understand prospect needs and requirements

• Follow up on new leads and coordinate blitz efforts surrounding marketing campaigns

• Maintain a relentless pursuit of meeting established goals and metrics

• Utilize Salesforce CRM tools to support and enhance business growth

• Embrace continuous development and growth within the sales domain

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

• Personable demeanor with experience working with high-net-worth clientele

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury hospitality

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

• Strong negotiation skills, particularly in closing high-value deals

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Flexibility for regional travel as required

• Availability to work evenings and weekends in a high-paced networking environment

• Exceptional networking skills, both professional and social

• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
