Customer service representative will follow up with all sold customers to ensure satisfaction. This job will also follow by phone, email and text with all internet sales leads on a daily basis. The job also requires representatives to follow up with all customers who came to the dealership and did not buy a vehicle. This job takes good phone skills. No automotive experience is needed. This is a customer satisfaction and follow up position, not a sales position.
