 Ourisman Mazda Mitsubishi of Laurel is seeking a dedicated Used Car Manager to help grow our booming sales department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

In 1921, Benjamin Ourisman opened a Chevrolet dealership in Washington. At the start of World War II, Ourisman Chevrolet was the largest auto dealer in the U.S. Today, Ourisman Automotive Group has grown to over 17 locations and is still owned and operated by the 4th generation of the Ourisman family. Key Responsibilities

• Coach the sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation.
• Ensure high CSI scores & monitor these metrics for the purpose of making improvements as required or needed.
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network.
• Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of training and developing sales consultants within a team environment.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Past dealership management experience a plus
• High School diploma or GED is required
• Pre-employment background check is required
• Valid driver’s license
