 Ourisman Mazda Mitsubishi of Laurel is seeking a dedicated Used Car Manager to help grow our booming sales department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach the sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation.
  • Ensure high CSI scores & monitor these metrics for the purpose of making improvements as required or needed.
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
  • Build rapport with customers to establish customer network.
  • Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
  • Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of training and developing sales consultants within a team environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Past dealership management experience a plus
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Pre-employment background check is required
  • Valid driver’s license
