We need to hire an experienced full-time Receptionist to answer multiple telephone lines and assist with clerical/administrative duties. Receptionist experience is required. Enjoy working in our BEAUTIFUL dealership! Ideal applicants will be friendly, well-spoken professionals with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities - Receptionist:

  • Greet and assist visitors and customers
  • Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner
  • Screen and forward incoming calls, take and relay messages
  • Provide general clerical/office support such as: receiving and sorting mail/deliveries/couriers, create and organize files, cashiering, etc.
  • Perform other duties as requested
     

Qualifications/Requirements - Receptionist:

  • Experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is REQUIRED
  • Must be a well-spoken, outgoing, and friendly professional
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
  • Exceptional customer service skills and accurate attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Able to efficiently multi-task and solve problems
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance
