Case Aide Supervisor

Flex schedule with non-traditional hours (includes evenings and weekends)

JOB PURPOSE: The Case Aide Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Case Aides. The Case Aide Supervisor works with the HSPRS Placement/Support Manager to ensure travel itineraries fall within the budget and that PRS closing reports are submitted within the required time frame according to ORR Policy.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure travel-associated costs are accurate and within budget. Review travel associated
• Track training requirements provided by ORR and ensure HSPRS staff and supervisors are in compliance
• Ensure compliance with ORR submission timeframes for monthly and closing reports
• Support case aides with managing job responsibilities and that they are adhering to all timeframes
• Meet or exceed program productivity expectations on a regular and sustained basis
• Ability to perform duties and services remotely from home
• Demonstrate Exceptional customer service, in Everything you do, by placing the child, family, Veteran or client first to support our mission to "Empower people to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities."
• Other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience relevant to the position and working with vulnerable or migrant populations; 3 years preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential material in a responsible manner
• Able and willing to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must pass FBI and CA/N checks
• Must be 21 years of age
• A driver's license with a clean driving record is required

EDUCATION: Undergraduate degree in social work, social sciences, public health, non-profit management, or related field from an accredited college or university.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.

LICENSES: Valid Driver's License

OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.
