**Where Youve Been:**

Were looking for someone with a High School diploma (or equivalent) and previous banquet experience, preferably in a hotel environment. The ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure is essential. You must be able to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic and have a passion for customer service. Food Handlers and Liquor Permits are also required.

**When Youre Here:**

This probably goes without saying but youll be on your feet a lot. There will be occasions when you may be carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting and climbing stairs. You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays. **What Youll Do:**

Flawless service is the centerpiece of hospitalityand hospitality is something we take pretty darned seriously. Our Banquet servers are responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to our guests, attending to their needs and making sure every dining experience is nothing short of spectacular. We will be looking to you to make every event dining experience flawless to encourage repeat business.

Here are a few things you can expect to do during a typical shift:

- Provide guests with excellent customer service.

- Accommodate any needs for reasonable special requests.

- Knowledge of food and wine including the ability to answer questions related to the menu or buffet.

- Serve guests food & drinks during event.

- Prepare room for event (set table cloths, dishes and silverware as needed)
