•Hold on or offsite team building events
•Develop and identify new business opportunities
•Determine and implement attainable goals for agents through coaching and exceptional interpersonal skills
•Establish and promote a successful sales strategy so the team achieves their sales goals and revenues
Qualifications
•Strong organizational and planning skills
•Innovative with "out of the box" solutions
•Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
•Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs
•Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead
