If so, then this HRIS Project Manager role at our company is for you! Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Aviation Manufacturer seeking an HR Digital Project Manager for an open ended contract. Responsibilities:

  • Be the project leader: You'll oversee all aspects of implementing our new HR system, Workday. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring everyone involved is on the same page.
  • Work closely with different teams: You'll collaborate with experts from HR and IT to make sure the new system meets everyone's needs.
  • Develop clear plans: You'll create a roadmap for implementing the system and manage any potential issues that arise along the way.
  • Become an expert on the new system: You'll be a key user of Workday, helping others learn the system and troubleshoot any problems.
  • Analyze data and share insights: You'll stay up-to-date on trends in HR and use data to inform decision-making.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Have at least 1 year experience with leading an HRIS implementation
  • Experience with Project Management tools
  • Data Analytics Certification Preferred
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
