Job Description: As a School Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting students and teachers in their educational journey. Your responsibilities may include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and collaborating with educators to create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing instructional activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
• Support classroom management and behavior interventions
• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and flexibility in working with diverse student needs

Requirements:

• Pass a background check
• Obtain necessary certifications or licenses as required by the school district
