Position Summary:

The Business Development Specialist III will directly support the functionality of sales initiatives driven by the Marketing Department, Operations Team, and Recruitment team through consistent communication with existing and newly onboarded agents; meeting assigned deadlines and collaborating with team members as needed and necessary to execute on tasks. The Agency Coordinator will be the driving force of connection building for our agents and scheduling guests for our internal workshops. The Agency coordinator will utilize his/her mastered skills in communication, both written and verbal, to successfully develop and manage relationships and facilitate intentional business strategies. This individual should be EXTREMELY ORGANIZED and possess a strong drive/work ethic, elite INITIATION skills, elite WRITING skills, elite EXECUTION skills to GETTING THINS DONE!

Essential Functions:

  • Foster relationships with existing agents; consistently building those connections out of care for our agents and for the clients they serve
  • Maintain working relationships with corporate point of contacts to remain equipped with trending information essential for the internal operations of the company
  • Serve as a liaison for new agents throughout the stages of the New Agent Development and Onboarding Process on their path to success
  • Work well with the Marketing and Operations team with a strong focus on communicating and collaborating with contracting, recruitment, and agent mentors.
  • Very Adept at Social Media Platforms Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and ENJOYS using them
  • High Passion towards accountability and building high levels of TRUST
  • · Responsible for providing administrative support and serving as a point of contact for the Operations Team
  • Tremendous Follow-up skills on Everything you touch
  • Updating training materials and campaigns as needed
  • Comfort working in high velocity environments

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Business Relationship and Development (Required)
  • Prior Life/Health Insurance experience is preferred

  • What You Will Do:
  • Collaborate with members of the talent acquisition team on the College Internship Program (i.e. College Career Fairs)
  • Carryout the Lead generation and strategic lead partners for our sales force
  • The ability to relentlessly drive THROUGH our sales goals and initiatives over and over and over again.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time while EXECUTING on ALL of them
  • Lead key relationships with established and potential partners to ensure effective support of organization needs
  • Share insights and knowledge based on data analysis of existing sources while also exploring new creative ways to improve and grow
  • Plan and support targeted marketing campaigns, comprising of digital content and messaging to support specific business development objectives, including management and coordination of website content, newsletters, brochures, and other external communication pieces.
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with Family First Life Partners
  • Agent and Agency development
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly on day-to-day operations of the agency
  • Responsible for providing a multitude of support for our agents to aid in their success and solidify their personal book of business
  • Point of contact and scheduler on trainings offered internally
