We are looking for someone who has a passion to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Within Integrity, Retirement Plan Consultants has been around for about 12 years and our business and staff continues to grow. We are located in Norfolk, NE, but we service companies nationally.  We work with businesses, churches, and schools to provide a quality retirement plan for their employees. We are focused on providing a customized plan to assist participants on their way to retirement and in doing so, have established an outstanding reputation for quality service. We believe your role in the Firm should lead to personal growth and opportunity for advancement.

Position Summary

In this position, you will complete the following tasks.

  • Serve as relationship manager for an assigned group of clients
  • Use general retirement plan guidelines to assist clients with questions
  • Review and approve client forms
  • Assist in answering incoming calls as needed
  • Learn and complete plan documents, annual non-discrimination testing, IRS forms, and employer contribution calculations
  • Work closely with our client service and processing  teams
  • Education Requirements:            
    • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience, but not required.

*Relevant work experience should include computer skills and customer service experience.

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Excellent customer service experience via phone and email
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • A desire to continue your education through professional designations within the retirement plan industry
  • Experience in banking, investments or other financial related industries (preferred, not required)

Hours worked:

In this position you will work during our normal business hours 8AM – 5PM, Monday-Friday with a 1-hour lunch. January - March 15th overtime is required, during other times of the year overtime may vary depending on workload.
