Part-time mother's helper afternoon/evening for 3 kids 6 and under

We love playing outside- playground, riding bikes, baseball, sidewalk chalk, pretty much any and every outside activity is fair game. Inside we like Legos, arts and crafts, reading, puzzles, and board games. I would need help getting oldest off the bus, preparing snack, and keeping kids entertained while I make dinner and other household chores. Some nights would need help with bedtime routine. My husband travels for work, but is not a set schedule and sometimes can be very last minute. Would need help 2-3x the week he is traveling.
