**Online Sales Concierge Internship - Summer 2022**

Van Metre is seeking an **Online Sales Concierge Intern** for **Summer 2022!**The **Online Sales Concierge Intern** at Van Metre Homes will assist the New Homes Sales and Market Intelligence teams with online leads and subscribers inquiring about a home purchase. The **Online Sales Concierge Intern** will act as an extension of the sales team while applying the core values of Van Metre Homes. **The Online Sales Concierge Internship will be a hybrid position and will work both remotely and in person (2-3 days weekly) at our Broadlands Corporate Office.**

**Responsibilities:**

* Achieve goals related to lead generation, appointment scheduling and conversion resulting in signed purchase agreements

* Be available to respond immediately to web leads received via phone, text, email, and live chat within allowable response times

* Respond all possible methods (email, phone, text) to make a connection with the web lead

* Establish and develop a rapport with prospects during first contact

* Answer the web leads questions then discover their needs using probing questions to refer to a location, community and home design that is the best match for their needs

* Ask for the appointment

* Work closely with your OSC teammates and the Sales Managers and Associates

* Reach out to current database of older web leads to reengage their interest in purchasing a Van Metre Home

* Maintain web leads via Hubspot (our Customer Relationship Manager-CRM)

* Document email, phone, text, live chat interactions with the web leads in the Hubspot contact record

* Use Hubspot to the fullest potential with all notes and fields completed as well as follow up tasks as assigned and self-created to maintain an ongoing relationship with a lead

* When making connection via phone or text with a new web lead confirm the email address is valid and/or an email the web lead wants us to continue using

* Schedule guided model home tour meetings and/or virtual meetings for on-site sales team using the Hubspot meeting scheduler

* Provide customers with an exceptional level of service, providing more than they can find online themselves and creating a personal relationship with them to find the best fit at a Van Metre Community

* Confirm the Hubspot scheduler meeting/appointment results are updated

* Review the OSC HubSpot dashboard daily to track appointments scheduled, SDR influenced sales, and any other reports within the OSC dashboard

* Maintain contact with future community web leads

* Maintain knowledge of marketing and community knowledge

* Have an expert understanding of Van Metre Home's products, communities, and incentive opportunities

* Attend sales team meetings and weekly OSC meetings and others as requested

* Reach out to on site Sales Manager and Associates for community and home design updates

* Attend all community, model home grand openings and other as needed events

* Assist in design and implementation of systems within the Sales and Marketing department that allow for consistency and efficiency regarding customer generation and follow-up

* Monitor web site data, digital photography, illustrations, and virtual tours on Van Metre Home's web site

* Work with marketing team on any major updates to design and manage layout of web site including content, contact forms etc.

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member

* Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email, and in person

* Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)

* Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education

* Valid Driver's License and personal transportation

*Van Metre's Summer 2022 Internship Program is an 8-week program in which Interns get the opportunity to hone the skills in their field but also learn about our business.
