Summary of Responsibilities

This position is responsible for Network operations encompassing the management, monitoring, and maintenance of a computer network. It involves tasks such as configuring network devices, troubleshooting connectivity issues, optimizing network performance, and ensuring network security.

Major Job Duties

Monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers, to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Respond to network alerts and troubleshoot issues on time to minimize downtime.

Conduct routine network maintenance activities, such as firmware upgrades, patches, and backups.

Perform network diagnostics, analysis, and optimization to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex network problems.

Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect against unauthorized access or threats.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP.

Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and network diagnostic utilities.

Strong collaboration & teamwork skills.

Project management skills.

Communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Chinese.
