Sila Sales Leader - Beltsville, MD

Sila is a family owned and operated heating, cooling, plumbing and electric corporation that is currently in growth mode. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic sales person who is skilled at in-home sales. HVAC industry experience is not required, but a highly confident person with in-home sales experience, that has a desire to win, is what we want. Sila Sales Leader manages the sales team at regional offices with annual sales production of less than $8MM. S/he reports to the local General Manager.

A Sila sales leader represents the Sila service culture and strives to deliver Sila sales goals of at least $1.5 million in annual production. In addition to making his/her own sales calls, the sales leader will work with other territory sales representatives in assessing prospects needs, providing timely quotes, and working closely with the service manager.Other responsibilities include supporting sales and marketing campaigns, lead generation, attending trade shows, and staying abreast of technical / equipment advancements.

The Sila Sales leader has similar goals to the Sila Sales Manager in helping to develop and train his/her sales team along with the added responsibilities of driving his/her own sales goals.

Sales opportunities come to us through our in-house marketing department lead generation strategies, repeat customers, referrals, and your own prospecting efforts. Your job is to meet the customer in their home and close the sale.
