- Intermediate understanding of the Programmatic landscape and act as a primary contributer to campaign creation and trafficking across a variety of Programmatic platforms including but not limited to DV360 and TTD
- Able to initiate next steps needed in order to build more complex campaigns (gaming, retail media, CTV, etc)
- Beginning contribution to QA layers to ensure campaigns are setup against PMG Programmatic best practices; Provide troubleshooting and QA support to address campaign delivery and performance issues
- Responsible for campaign trafficking requests and collection of all campaign needs prior to launch (asset spec hand-off, audience requests, etc).
- Ensure campaigns continue to drive toward client's key performance indicators
- Have the ability to triangulate different metrics as needed to make more complex pacing decisions
- Surface performance insights and impact to program to be leveraged in reporting, communication, etc.
- Responsible for the development of detailed and summarized reports internally and for clients that clearly explain the why / ""so what"" - often acting as the QA layer for an IC2
- Gain expertise in PMG's proprietary technology platform Alli to create fit-for-purpose alerts, data analysis, and/or reporting
- Communicates focused updates to clients and internal stakeholders; begin advancing cross-functional communications and connections
- Contributes to test design and strategic initiatives for clients pertaining to Programmatic campaigns
- Serve as a mentor any coordinators on the team and help lead weekly optimizations and pacing decisions
- Begin contributing to media planning and strategy; potentially leading RFP processes and playing an active role in the planning process
- Beginning contribution to larger components of budget management such as forecasting, revisions, ad serving management, etc. "
