Responsibilities
- Build clientele via cross selling
- Create insurance quotes, shop renewals
- Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.
- Create positive client interactions and win back former clients.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License Required, licensing assistance will be made available.
- Insurance sales or customer service experience a plus.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize.
- Organized and self motivated.
