Mobis North America, a global Tier 1 Automotive Supplier is looking for a full time, permanent Security Administrator. You'll be more than a cyber warrior; you'll be a holistic security champion, safeguarding every facet of Mobis' operations.


Your Mission:

  • Create an impenetrable security environment, encompassing physical spaces, digital networks, and critical processes.
  • Foster a culture of security awareness and engagement, equipping employees to be your eyes and ears on the ground.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate threats, both physical and digital, ensuring Mobis remains resilient and agile.
  • As dedicated security personnel, we respond to requests from all security areas with necessary actions to each Mobis North America corporation and report on the progress.
Requirements:

Physical Security:

  • Manage access controls, oversee security personnel, and conduct regular physical inspections to ensure every corner is secure.
  • Manage and control key access to sensitive areas and equipment, preventing unauthorized entry and safeguarding valuable assets.
  • Lead the response to physical security incidents, ensuring swift containment, mitigation, and investigation.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, conduct drills, and educate employees on emergency procedures.

Management Security:

  • Craft and implement comprehensive security policies that address both physical and digital threats, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Identify and analyze potential risks across all operations, recommending robust mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant regulations and standards, safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring legal adherence.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs that educate employees on physical security protocols, incident reporting, and safety procedures.

Cybersecurity:

  • Implement and monitor data loss prevention (DLP) technologies, thwarting unauthorized data leaks and breaches.
  • Install and maintain cutting-edge security software like firewalls and intrusion detection systems, forming a digital shield around Mobis' assets.
  • Investigate security incidents, analyze evidence, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Educate employees on cybersecurity best practices, fostering a culture of vigilance against phishing, malware, and social engineering attacks.

Additional Skills:

Security level diagnostic evaluation, security leak inspection (weekly), establishment of control reporting procedures and action standards, establishment of early warning reporting procedures and action standards, control result reporting, security control solution inspection (VPN, server security, malware control) inspection, firewall, (IPS/IDS) operation.
