Job Description

Ticket Office Clerk

Ticket issuing clerks provide service to customers, sell tickets and fit the reservation offer to customers' needs. They sell tickets for all events such as sporting, cultural and leisure activities. Provide customers with information on offers and make the necessary arrangements.

Main Duties:

  • Sell daily lift tickets, season passes or special events tickets to the public
  • Answers questions concerning fares, routes, schedules, and reservations, and gives information concerning coming attractions
  • Retain up-to-date mountain information such as mountain conditions and events at the Resort and respond to general inquires
  • Ability to work well under pressure and ability to work independently
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Knowledge of the mountain emergency operating plan and the ability to assist when the plan is activated
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive attitude at all times
  • Accurate cash handling and POS experience including operating a cash register is preferred
