The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all services provided under the Enterprise ISSO Program Services contract. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing, administering, ensuring technical correctness, timeliness, and maintaining the quality of services and products delivered under the contract. In addition, the ISSO Program Manager will be responsible for providing and managing the resources necessary to successfully meet and exceed client requirements.

Requirements:

•A minimum of 15 years of IT cybersecurity management experience including 3 years of direct

support for the US Government OR a relevant Master's Degree in IT, computer science, business or

engineering and 10+ years' of IT cybersecurity management experience including 3 years of direct

support for the US Government

• Secret Clearance required

Required to have at least one of the following security certifications:

•Certified Authorization Professional (CAP)

•Certified Information Systems Security Officer (CISSO)

•Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

•Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)


Desired to have at least one of the following project management certifications:

•Project Management certification from Project Management Institute (PMI)

•Project Management Professional (PMP)

•Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA)

•P/PM certification Level III

•Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) - P/PM certification Level II


Must possess the ability to:

•Communicate effectively, both oral and written, with technical, non-technical, and

executive-level customers

•Understanding of, and experience with Agile principles, processes and methodologies.

•Manage, administer, and ensure the technical correctness, timeliness, and quality of services and products delivered under the contract.

•Provide and manage resources necessary to successfully deliver client requirements.

•Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

•Lead and mentor project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

•Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns.

•Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery.

•Prepare and present reports on project progress and performance to senior management.
