Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. About this role: The 50/50 Split therapist role is a collaborative effort initiated by a partnership with Franklin Township Community School Corporation and Adult & Child Health. We are offering a $1,500.00 sign on bonus for this role. This program is complementary to the current behavioral health services provided for students and families in the district as well as provide support to School Corporation faculty and staff to coordinate appropriate services for referred students. This position would be focused on providing therapy, skills, and case management services to students and their families at a frequency and intensity that meets their specific treatment needs. We work all year round (even over school breaks) and provide services in a variety of settings - in the school, in the community, in an A&C office building, in the family’s homes, or via telehealth. While we are often faced with challenging cases and crisis situations, we are never on call and have the ability for a flexible work schedule.


The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position you would be servicing Marion County schools in Franklin Township Community School Corporation. This position is year round including school breaks and provide services in a variety of settings - in the school, in the community, in an Adult & Child Health office building, in the family’s homes. Core working hours for Adult and Child Health are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M- F but this position does have a flexible schedule.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide appropriate social emotional and behavioral health services for referred students 20 hours per week.
  • Provide 1:1 services to A&C caseload 20 hours a week.
  • Provide groups to students referred by the school.
  • Develop, with the student and student’s family appropriate treatment needs which can include goals/objectives and interventions for behavioral health needs.
  • Promote strong connection with school based teams and Lead our current school based staff in partnership with the school district to increase relationships/innovation across schools.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree and license eligible in Indiana
  • Full clinical licensure preferred; LMHC, LCSW, LCAC or LMFT but can work with the right applicant if awaiting results
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own, insured, transportation
  • Must be dependable, flexible, ethical, and able to work independently while also working collaboratively on a larger team.
