Sales Administrator:

Lennar is seeking a Sales Administrator to provides support to Director of Sales and Marketing and New Home Consultants. Responsible for coordinating all marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data and campaign results; maintaining inventory of promotional materials; planning meetings and special events; maintaining databases; working closely with Advertising Agency and other business partners to ensure effective implementation of the sales and marketing strategy.



Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update all sales and marketing data inclusive of print and digital. Specific to include but not limited to, community sales reporting, marketing reports including google analytics, bdx, Realtor listing reports, social media performance tracking, and marketing spend performance tracking reports .
  • Work with business partners at the direction of the Director of Sales and marketing to design, develop, review and execute marketing collateral development associated with brochure inserts, websites, external public display, Welcome Home Center display and quarterly marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate, and attend a variety of functions including grand openings, community events, and realtor events. Events may require weekend availability.
  • Coordinate the divisions' participation at trade show/housing shows. Completed by assisting in design, delivery, and infrequent installation of trade show display booths and collateral for display.
  • Assist in planning and implementation of the division digital marketing strategy, thru managing and maintaining a monthly marketing calendar complete with denotations describing e-blasting, social media, and specific banner ad placement.
  • Ordering of community signage as needed-work under the direction of the Director of Sales, and working in conjunction with signage vendor on getting cost estimates, design, and scheduling installation.
  • Assist in facilitation of the Welcome Home Center display and signage installation. Completed thru proper scheduling and communication with trade partners and internal/ external publics.
  • Under the direction of the Director of Sales, act as a liaison between construction and sales department in ordering construction signage, lot signs, coordinating telephone/internet service for new communities, and new community roll out meetings.
  • Work with interior design company as a scheduling and installation assistant. Developing and creating calendars for installation and design timelines.
  • Provide support to sales team by ordering marketing collateral from Lennar Store, inclusive of brochure and welcome home center collateral, materials, stationary, and other items of request.
  • Inputting data into PO log bi-weekly.


Qualifications

  • Minimum High School or GED required, college degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing required
  • Minimum 2 years in homebuilding industry preferred
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are a plus
  • Requires resourcefulness, patience and strong management and motivational skills
