Minimum 1+ years nursing experience required.
Cardiac Cath Lab RN needed in Pocatello, Idaho.
Qualifications:
- Current nursing license in the state of practice.
- Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) or Cardiovascular Nursing (CVN) preferred.
- Previous experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or critical care setting.
- Knowledge of cath lab procedures, equipment, and sterile technique.
Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment and Monitoring:
- Conduct thorough pre-procedure assessments of patients scheduled for catheterization procedures.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient status during cath lab procedures, providing timely intervention as needed.
Procedure Assistance:
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, angiograms, and angioplasties.
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and assist physicians as they perform invasive cardiovascular procedures.
