Job Description
A school nearby is looking to find a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with Prek-12th grade students with conducting evaluations. Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify students who may need therapy services
- Prek-12th grade ages (Bilingual)
- Remainder of the school year
- Full time (37.5 hours/week)
- Renewal opportunity
Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut SLPlicensure
- Ability to manage a caseload of students and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Connecticut special education laws and regulations
- Familiarity with assessment/evaluationtools
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Clear background/drug screen
