Responsibilities:
We know that every day is different for a Registered Nurse. In this position, you will be caring for hospice patients in the comfort of their home as part of a Hospice Support Team. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications:

- Home Health or Hospice experience a plus and preferred
- Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the state of Colorado
- One year experience as a Registered Nurse in the last three years in a supervised setting
- Current CPR card (American Heart Association/American Red Cross live demonstration only)
- Negative TB/PPD within the last 12 months OR chest x-ray completed within the last 5 years
- Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
